Founder

Sheethal founded The Estate Table to bring her grandmother's recipes to a wider table.

Trained in classic European patisserie and rooted in coastal Indian flavours, her food bridges two worlds.

When she isn't kneading dough, she's hosting long supper-club evenings in the back garden.
